Display error while inputing invalid date

Bug description:
Once the beneficiary is assigned to a programme, with the following Dates:
1)Programme: Child Health Program
2)Date of Enrollment: 2011-01-18
3) Date of Incident: 2011-01-01
now let the date for all the programme stage be auto populated.
Now try changing"At 10 weeks after birth" to 1992-01-01 , verify that the
following error message appears:"Saving value failed with error code "0".
