You can have a look here.. http://dhis2.org/download/dhis-i18n-resourceeditor.zip Download all of the source code with bzr branch lp:dhis2 Perform your translations, make a patch and send it back to the list for review. If you prefer to use an IDE or text editor, you can look for the i18n properties files, i.e. in dhis-web/dhis-web-commons/src/main/java/resources/i18n_XXXX.properties. XXXX would be the locale.
