dataset report deletes non-numeric data elements from table

Bug description:
1. Create a dataset containing data elements with value type text, date, and
number.
2. Create a custom data entry form including value types text, date, and
number
3. check in database that table datasetmembers contains the correct data
elements
4. Create a data set report
5. The report shows only values for the number value type data elements
6. re-check in database and see that all non-number value type data elements
are deleted from table datasetmembers
