Public bug reported:
When I was designing data entry form, if I move the data element list window
(popup?) up, then it is hiden the top part of the window. Then I can't move it
any more.
I send attached file. In this case, my data entry form is in maximize size, and
the dataelement window hide the minimize button. I don't have anyway to
minimize it for saving this dataentry form because the Save buttons were hiden.
