Yea, I got your point that in the default form, you select the data elements from current program stage. And in the custom form will get data elements from other stage (which were selected by user). However, I think, although they were chosen from other program stage, but they are existing in the current stage, so better they should be visible in custom form. Coz I think both custom form and default form should be synchronized.
