Potentially interesting gathering to discuss standards oriented view of public sector in the cloud. Its a bit sad that people still see Europe, North America and Asia as sufficient to provide a truly global perspective, but there you have it. Most of the really critical issues (security, identity, policy, law, interoperability etc) are getting an airing.
