Hi, it appears a lot of users in Ghana (most apparently) are having problems even opening the "Tabular report", and have struggled with this for a few weeks. Works fine when I test here, so I'm not sure what it could be - they say that the page just doesn't load.
Are there any serious changes to the tabular report in 2.9, so that it could be worth waiting to see if that fixed the issue or not? From what I gather 2.9 should be out soon?
