As I know that the program stages are designed as a fix stages for each program. Example Immunization program has fix stages that required for each child to get number of time to get services. However, there is a case that each student has different health status. Only some students has health problem that require to record several health check times. These times will be recorded to those students. But other students doesn't need many health check. In this case, I can't use the pre define program stages in program for every student. So is there any way to add record number of times for each student/patient?
