Hi Knut,
I want to use the DHIS2 Web API in another applications , without doing
anything to the DHIS2 core code, so I just want to setup DHIS as quickly
as possible , which means just the war file and the dump. The main issue
I have with setting DHIS from code is that maven is failing to resolve
all dependencies hosted on org.hisp domain.
