Dear All, Here in Bangladesh. We are trying to create a Disease profile with ICD 10 code with Single Event With Registration Tracking System ,
The program is that If any person come to hospital we want to keep his information with Registration i mean registered that person then keep his admission date, time ,other information and disease profile with ICD 10 code and discharge date ,After discharge we click the complete button and discharge from hospital. If this same person if again visit this hospital we want create a new admission date and discharge and other information and want to keep his previous registration information. Unfortunately, this is not possible here. The old information going to update automatically.
