Hi, PostgreSQL has released an important security update - http://www.postgresql.org/support/security/faq/2013-04-04/ All those using postgres 9.x on cloud hosted databases or with ports open for remote access (already a bad idea), should definitely upgrade Even for others its a good idea to upgrade.
