Hi Rodolfo, Have you generated the resource tables?
Tabular reports depends on the _organisationunitstructure table. This is generated as part of the nightly scheduled jobs, but if scheduling is not started then you need to generate these resource tables manually in Maintenance->Data Administration->Resource Tables.
