Hi, Iam in TANZANIA-DODOMA using DHIS 2.12 (latest version). I used BulkSMS gateway to configure my SMS service in DHIS under mobile configuration. I tested to send SMS to a raw phone number it went but when I set the reminders and test it failed!!
