Hi easy, you are right - at the moment we have hard-coded the Type and Ownership group sets. This was done initially as a quick solution for various reasons, e.g. to display facilities according to these categories in GIS. It has turned out to be a mistake and we need to remove these hard-coded group sets. I have written a blueprint here, we will see if we can get it done for 2.13:
