Pivot Table fails to plot chart on selection of value

Bug description:
The native pivot table ( under reports) fails to render charts when selected
- Clicking on a value gives the option either to chart the value with orgunits
, periods or both. Selection of an option fails to pull up the chart, instead
you get a broken link.
