Report Table parameter Org Unit

Bug description:
For 'Report Table' with org unit parameter, 'Report Table' is displaying the
original org unit, which was selected when creating favorite from pivot table,
in addition to the parameter selected org unit.
So, when we select an org unit for the report table parameter, it
displays data for both the parameter selected org unit and the org
unit used when creating the favorite (from pivot table).
