Title: Validation Rules are applied only to the most recent visits Status in DHIS 2: New Bug description: There is a program named 'Pre-ART Follow up visit' in the system. The user has created a validation rule that the Visit Date should be greater than or equal to 2013-01-01. Then he creates two follow-up visits with the first entry having a valid visit date while the second one having an invalid entry date. When the validation rule is run on the first follow-up visit, it gives an error saying the visit date does not pass the validation criteria. DHIS version 2.11 live.
