Register new person/tracked entity:
If one of the identifiers types are already in use the following message is
provided to the user when clicking Add.
"adding_patient_failed: Duplicate identifier"
This message can be more user friendly, e.g. "Identifier already in use,
please modify".
Also when using multiple identifier types in the same registration form
it will be a lot easier for the users if we specify which identifier is
actually a duplicate / already in use, so the message should say
something like:
"The identifier for ANC Client Number is already in use, please modify".
Where <ANC Client Number> is the name of the identifier type, and should
be replaced.
