Tested on 2.14 (with a new db) and trunk (demo db), both latest builds.
Using chrome.
It seems to be impossible to create an additional root orgunit to an already
existing hierarchy.
Earlier it was possible to de-select the root in the org unit tree and then
create a new root orgunit, but now I can't de-select the root, so I can only
create children.
