I am not sure but I think this would happen if you try to try to import metadata after an earlier attempt has failed or not completed.
What version of dhis2 are you using? mydatamart was well tested with earlier dhis2 versions up to about 2.11 but since the development of the web api and analytics capabilities it is no longer the tool of choice and is not currently being actively developed.
