There is no need for the upgrade script if you are using 2.15 snapshot. Simply shutdown Tomcat, delete the WAR file and associated directory from the Tomcat /webapps/ directory, download the latest version of the war file to the /webapps/ directory, and restart Tomcat. That should be all which is required.
