Hi, I also cringed at the change and can imagine the change management that will happen with end users. Like Prosper said….its really cool on touchscreens but not really on non-touch screens – can a global setting allow interface to be selected for touch screens or desktop?

This will be very difficult to upgrade without retraining end users. Its a suggestion that you can consider, the button are not cools when using desktops but cool on smart phone and majority of the users are desktops.
