Par exemple j'ai un formulaire mobile de notification de cas de décès qui contient une option set lieu dont la liste déroulante est communauté et institution. Sur l'ordinateur de bureau j'ai la liste des éléments de l'option set mais pas sur mobile. Quelqu'un pourra t-il m'aider?
