Hi Team,
Been testing calender setting changing from yyyy-mm-dd to dd-mm-yyyy
standard for Uganda date data entry, apparently it seems not be working on
the demo server 2.16.
I switched the calender setting tested with both individual records and
aggregate data, its not changing?
This is a bug
