Hi All, I have a instance of DHIS 2.16 tracker data entry form, where the client needs to upload an image included as part of data entry form. eg: a photo of a tracked entity or patient etc.
Is this possible, I couldn't find such tool in data entry design form. Thank you -- Pamod
