As far as I recall you can't.  The webapp is hardcoded to a url in the
container.

If you are planning to serve up dhis2 at a different url I can only
guess you are planning to share the web application with others.  In
which case dhis live is probably not your best option anyway and you
are best to consider a more flexible tomcat based setup.
