To delete an orgUnit with data requires that there is no data linked to it. You
will be required to remove all linked data. I have ever done so by executing
SQL queries to delete the data linking the different tables..
Please be sure that you are never interested in the data already in the system
before deleting.
The importance of using sql queries, you will see the errors linking to the
table in question.
