Dear Channara, Which version of dhis2 are you using? 2.20 has tracker data analysis integrated into the usual analytics (pivot tables and visualiser) and you can choose any period you want.
Even in Events reports, once you have selected the data elements or attributes, you can choose a yearly period for aggregation and line listing.
