If you are denied access to a DHIS2 instance using Firefox, once a user
clicks on the "Go Back" button to attempt another login, the Login
button does not work. (It DOES work in Chrome).
Tested on 2.19 and 2.20 local, as well as the Demo on dhis2.org:
Created a user role with insufficient rights to Dashboard. Assign the role to
a user, tried to log in. Got the Access Denied page. Click "Go Back" and try
login again. Login button now non-functional in FireFox.
Flushed Cache. CTRL+F5 didn't help. Re-opening the link in a separate
window/tab didn't help either.
Not tested on IE.
