Data Element names (detailed) are been substituted with uids in csv file when
downloaded from the DHIS.
To replicate
1. Select a a few detailed data elements
2. Include orgunits in pivot view and choose option to show hierarchy
3. download output as csv with hierarchy
Data element names are randomly substituted with DE uids.
Replicated on Demo server.
