Validation problem in india Dashboard

Bug description:
In graphical regular analysis, If "Dataelements" radio button is
selected and no dataelements are selected then after clicking on "view
report/summary" button, It should give alert "please select
dataelement/s" but its giving msg "please select indicator/s".
this is validation bug.
