Hi Neeraj, we need a more information from you. Are you using the API or using the "hierarchy operations" part of the org unit module? Can you reproduce on demo?

One of the user is trying to move the organisationunit from one facility to another but it does not seem to work. User is getting '504 Gateway Time-out' message. However the timeout on server has been increased to 10 minutes. Can you please help to check this?
