I Installed DHIS following the guidelines of Chapter 8. Installation <https://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/implementer/html/ch08.html> And in the *hibernate.properties* I have linked the database name as well.
In order to access the JDBC driver I also downloaded *libpg-java* but it didn't work.
