Hi Calle, This is probably not an operation to be undertaken on Sunday. Better a Monday morning after a long weekend of flying with a clear mind. :)
Category option combos are derived from combinations of category options and categories. So, there is no way to delete one by itself. You can delete the category option from the category and be sure to rebuild the category option combos. It should then delete itself.
