Hey Johan, You are right, this is where we showcase the product. The admin user however has sufficient rights to delete and install apps. (which is probably also something we want to showcase?)
The current situation is something different however, someone has changed the user rights (roles) of the admin user probably using the "system" account. (You can not delete the core functionality, just custom apps) I don't know exactly when the demo is being "reset" if it is every night (in addition to every CI build of stable). It's a bit of a double edged sword as we give people the more advanced rights to check out the system, they can mess it up, but to show those more advanced features we need to provide those rights.
