Public bug reported: DHIS2 2.22 / 21927, Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m, Windows 7 Service Pack 1
This is following up on a mailing list discussion which was never resolved: https://lists.launchpad.net/dhis2-users/msg07295.html I've now encountered the same bug, which is that a validation rule seems to always pass if the left-hand and right-hand rules are in different datasets. (I've checked, and the data types and period for both data elements/cat option combos are the same.) I've tested the same rule with two data elements within the same dataset, and it works fine. A workaround is to include both data elements in both datasets, but this should not (according to the documentation) be necessary. ** Affects: dhis2 Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of DHIS 2 developers, which is subscribed to DHIS. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1562354 Title: Validation rules do not appear to work across datasets Status in DHIS: New Bug description: DHIS2 2.22 / 21927, Chrome Version 49.0.2623.87 m, Windows 7 Service Pack 1 This is following up on a mailing list discussion which was never resolved: https://lists.launchpad.net/dhis2-users/msg07295.html I've now encountered the same bug, which is that a validation rule seems to always pass if the left-hand and right-hand rules are in different datasets.
