The trigger for the disappearance is unknown.
Visualizations in the dashboards are appearing blank and yet they were
previously populated. Clicking to 'explore' a blank visualization results in
one of two error messages:
1. 'At least one row must be specified as column, row or filter'.
2. 'Code: 409 / Status: Conflict / Start and end date or at least one period
must be specified'
Reviewing the XML of the favorites shows the period dimension is
missing.
