Stanley, I believe that disaggregations (categories) cannot be used in Tracker. You must create each individual data element. There is an email from Lars regarding this and was related to a slightly older version of DHIS (and I cannot find that email at the moment but it's here somewhere). In working with Tracker in 2.22 recently, I found that categories I assigned to tracker data elements did not flow through to my final program stage form.
