Title: Design data entry form error Status in DHIS: New Bug description: Hi, I am using the stable 2.23 version. After deleting the content of custom data entry form (not delete form) and save it, the window to design entry form doesn't display when we click Design data entry form. It only displays when click the Insert button. And data element list doesn't load. All buttons below the window doesn't work.
