Hi There, We have always seen this behavior when someone logs in with a user whose org unit and tracker programs are as follows
User assigned at LEVEL1 Tracker programs are assigned to LEVEL 3 ,4 For it to work, if tracker programs are assigned to level 3 then android user should be assigned to either level 3 or 2.
