can't show full number with 0 at the beginning in Event Report

Bug description:
Hi dev,
I create an attribute Phone with value type: Phone number. Then I enter phone
number e.g: 0919888888.
In the Event report it only shows 919888888, so is there anyway that I can
show full phone number as what I entered?
