I installed and configured DHIS 2.24 on windows 8 (x64) and it works perfectly
well with postgresql-9.5.3-1-windows. My concern is that when i am creating new
objects orgunit, categories, data elements, it returns an error message that
object already exists when actually it doesn't. I have tried DHIS on different
computers but it returns the same error which really gives me a hard time to
try to customize the system for my organization. I have cleared the browser
cache/history (firefox, google chrome) but this does not help either.
Can someone please help?
