Public bug reported:
/api/events?program=ProgramUID&skipMeta=true&skipPaging=true&fields=event,status,eventDate,created,lastUpdated,program,programStage,orgUnit,dataValues[dataElement,value]
generates eventDates with one day less.
If the eventDate was 2016-07-19, then a date of 2016-07-18 is generated.
The api/events/eventUID endpoint works fine.
