The "limit to X top rows" feature has a couple of issues:
- for option sets, it counts N/A in the top X (it is among the top X), even 
when N/A is not hidden. For example, if making a table with "Top 10", it will 
only show nine entries if N/A is among top 10 but is not displayed
- I expected the tables to be sorted by the total when the table has multiple 
columns, but it is not
