When users are registered by using the self-registration procedure, their
dataViewOrgunit is left empty.
This causes that hierarchy visibility in analysis tools (pivot, visualizer) is
not restricted and they are able to see the whole hierarchy.
It would be better to assign the self-registration orgunit for both
"organisationUnits" and "dataViewOrganisationUnits".
