Serious: when you say "recorded the requirement" - what do you mean, specifically? I've just been wondering what the current preferred environment for "blueprints" are - I see some people referred to "issues added", but if the blueprint environment have changed to something else on github I guess the details must have passed me by. Do you have a document outlining the current preference for how we should submit "blueprints"?
