Hi Firstly, I would NOT use postgresql 9.3 - it's performance is abysmal compared with 9.5.
Secondly, I presume you are using the latest java 8 64 bits? (if not, do so). Thirdly, I'm not really sure if tomcat 9.0 have problems (have not tested it).
