Hi, As I am aware of, there is no API call to do a hard delete. DHIS2 is doing only deletes. A regular user should consider them as hard deletes, but internally they are implemented as soft deletes.
Regarding notes: As I am aware of, notes can be only created and that's it. No update, no delete.
