GIS 1. Some health facilities is misplace when select either one province and level is health facility eg coast, North eastern where some facilities appear in other province. Organisation unit distribution report addition 1. Organisation unit search to form part of the Reports because data uses could like to have the list of health facilities by type, owner with facility code. similar implementation as in Orgunits 2.
