Hi Suziku, you can control who receives the feedback messages by creating a user group (not a user role!) and set that user group under the system setting for "feedback recipients". I can see that someone has changed that group since I set it. To avoid future misunderstandings I have created a new group called "Feedback recipients" and set that under the system setting. This means that everyone on this list will receive all messages from now.
Yes we can put in a "write feedback" button, no problem. regards, Lars On Wed, Jul 13, 2011 at 11:35 AM, Shinichi Suzuki <[email protected]> wrote: > Hello Lars, > > We are going to utilize Message capability for Q&A. > I have received some messages but not all. > The same 'Super user roll for Kenya' person got different messages. > Ms. Rachael Wanjiru got many inquiry middle of June to yesterday which I > and > Omondi not received. > Note: I give System administrator roll temporally at this Monday to ask her > user adding. > What rule worked this? > I have been thought all Super user in National should receive the same > messages. > > Addition this, we have to add the [Write feedback] button in the reading > message screen beside of [Remove].
